NAOMI HAZAN MALETZ focuses her practice on representing hospitals, physicians, physician groups and other health care organizations and professionals reviewing physician employment agreements, physician compensation, physician consulting agreements, electronic health records software agreements, business associate agreements and other contractual arrangements, as well as advising on regulatory, operational and compliance matters including health information privacy planning and health care fraud and abuse.

Before founding Hazan Maletz Law Offices, Naomi Hazan Maletz was an attorney at Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP where she was a member of the Health & Life Science Practice Group and represented hospitals, physicians, physician groups, organ procurement organizations and other health care organizations regarding physician employment and contractual arrangements, purchasing, vendor and pharmacy relationships; software licensing; Medicare/Medicaid participation and reimbursement; licensure and accreditation; and health care regulatory and operational compliance matters.
Naomi received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, double-majoring in BioPsychology and Cognitive Science and Women's Studies. She attended law school at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law where she was President of the Women's Law Caucus and received the Joanne Wharton Murphy Award of Excellence. Naomi is admitted to practice in the states of Ohio and Michigan.
